You should report the claim immediately online or by phone at +41 43 543 81 80. In case of a breakdown, you can call the same number.

As a motorcycle insurance customer, you have the right to choose any repair shop you prefer. If needed, we would be happy to recommend a repair shop from the Belsura network.
