Belsura works with a large network of experienced and competent partners for claim handling and settlement. These include Carglass, AVUS, and Repanet. In case of a claim, we will inform you after your claim has been reported and keep you updated on the status.

What should I do in case of a claim?

You should report the claim immediately online or by phone at +41 43 543 81 80. In case of a breakdown, you can call the same number.

Attention: Never sign any demands from third parties or documents in a foreign language!

What does Belsura do in case of a claim?

That depends on whether you have included the «free choice of garage» option. If so, you can choose the garage freely. Otherwise, the Belsura network is available to you.
